Price & Company distributes two outstanding lines of geogrids, each designed and manufactured for specific and nearly exclusive applications.

Stratagrid® geogrids are composed of high-tenacity polyester and offer outstanding reinforcement for such static load applications as retaining walls, oversteepened embankments and embankment constructed over weak/soft subgrades. The combination of knitted construction and saturation coating techniques develops unsurpassed performance characteristics, both in soil interaction and durability.

The benefits of using multilayer Tenax® MS geogrids apply to structures constructed over both weak and competent subgrades. When weak subgrades are encountered, MS geogrids enable densification of aggregates immediately above poor soils, reducing required aggregate thickness and associated undercutting or select fill costs. For competent subgrades, MS geogrids improve performance characteristics within a given aggregate layer thickness, thereby extending structure performance. Conversely, the improved aggregate characteristics enable lower layer thicknesses to achieve comparable performance. In short, Tenax MS geogrids facilitate lower cost highway, road, parking and intermodal yard structures.
