Geoweb® cellular confinement sections, in combination with various aggregate infills, provide porous surfacing within areas of both vehicular and pedestrian movements. Often replacing asphalt, concrete or unconfined aggregates for such applications as emergency & utility access lanes, auxiliary parking areas, driveway & golf cart shoulders/aprons, event zones, approaches to monuments, statues & fountains and maintenance drives, Geoweb porous surfacing meets a wide range of load support characteristics and aesthetic requirements.

When
filled with an open-graded aggregate / topsoil mixture, Geoweb sustains heavy loads yet allows the area to be maintained in traditional turf surfacing. When filled with sand, high load support results and the surfacing blends in with many natural landscapes - critical dune access roads and parking areas, Great Lakes shoreline parking, trail heads and other locations where surface sand is prominent. When filled with free-draining gravel, Geoweb supports heavy loads yet maintains areas with dry footing and relatively low maintenance. Gravel porous surfacing works well for vehicle storage zones, entrance drives of all types, substation and industrial yards where electrical arc attenuation is required and walking paths.
