Catch-All® is a storm drain system inlet protection device designed to filter most construction site pollutants from stormwater runoff before they enter the drain system. Custom fitted to meet virtually any structure and inlet casting/grate combination, the sturdy metal frame fits under the grate without appreciably changing the grate height ... no concerns for street cleaning and plowing crews. The durable frame is reusable ... project after project. The filter bag has two layers: a high flow, small pore opening, non-woven geotextile inner layer, supported by a strong, polyester net outer layer. A stainless band with worm-screw clamp secures the reusable, replaceable filter bag to the lower frame ring. Unique and critically important, the two-ring frame design provides sufficient overflow capacity to all but eliminates any potential for a water back-up and site flooding condition, even with a fully loaded filter.
Catch-All Features:
• Low initial cost for reusable metal frame, filter bag with integral band
• Easy to install and maintain
• Does not interfere with plowing or street cleaning
• Replacement filter bags [integral with the band & clamp] are available
• Minimum 2 cubic feet of pollutant storage capacity
• Initial filtration down to 70 microns with a flow rate of 145 gal/min/ft2
Catch-All HR-I is a storm drain inlet protection device designed to filter most inorganic pollutants from stormwate
r runoff before they enter the drain system. In addition, the absorbent [HR-I] Catch-All series significantly reduces organic pollutant entrance as well. HR-I products incorporate Imbiber Bead® booms which integrate initial flush organics pollutants within the beads molecular structure. HR-I booms can attract several times their weight in organics pollutents. This absorbing process eliminates free liquids and significantly reduces the rate of hazardous vapor release. Therefore, using the HR-I series reduces the risk of pollutant exposure to both the environment and personnel. In addition, the Imbicator™ device, an integral part of the HR-I boom, activates to provide a visual indication in the presence of an organic chemical and alerts maintenance personnel when a replacement boom is needed. This feature decreases the waste in replacing sorbent materials before they are at capacity and all but eliminates the potential for pollutant discharge resulting from personnel not replacing sorbents when needed. For permanent protection applications, where site activity involving organic pollutants is ongoing [parking lots, maintenance areas, etc.], Catch-All HR-I is an economically viable selection.
All Catch-All HR-I series units are custom ordered. Please allow 2 weeks after order acceptance for delivery.
