Erosion Eel™, manufactured by Friendly Environment, is reusable, easy to deploy/remove, cost effective diversion BMPs - particularly when used above paved or hard surfaces. The combination of a unique filtration geotextile encapsulating recycled rubber provides temporary storm and process water diversion without the need 
for trenching or staking for most applications. Using the built-in handling straps, 
simply place and orient the Erosion Eels so that water runs along their up-gradient side - their weight resists downgradient migration. And when the project progresses, so do the Erosion Eels - just pick them up and move them where needed without costly product replacement or disturbed soil restoration.
